Glynn Compton Harper, son of
Wm. Bruce and Hattie (Compton) Harper when he
was a 1st-class midshipman at the United States
Naval Academy in 1958. No trace of Native American
blood from his great grandmother wlhich was evident in
his grandfather, father and brother.
